101 birds, made in 101 days. To see the full collection click button above. This work was made in response to defeat. Many times in life, artists find themselves in difficult places to navigate through. To pull myself out of such a place, I decided to make a body of work for the sole purpose of supporting local habitats and conservation. The rules were simple--I had to make one bird every day for 101 days, each one completed by midnight. If I succeeded, all the profits from the work would be donated to the Tracy Aviary in Salt Lake City. If the rules were broken, the project would cease and no contribution would be made. I'm happy to say that the project was a success.
